Federal Opposition Leader Tony Abbott says he won't support a Greens' bill to require coal seam gas companies to get permission of landholders before entering a farmer's property.
The Greens have proposed an alliance with the Coalition over the issue, after comments by Mr Abbott last week suggested he supported farmers' rights to stop miners extracting gas on their properties.
