Serious Belt-Tightening Due After Steady Diet of Chinese Takeaway

THERE'S no such thing as a free lunch, but Australia has been carrying on as if we could keep stuffing ourselves on our China luck without ever having to pay.   

Now our free lunch is coming to an end. After throwing money at crazy stimulus schemes when the global financial crisis hit, Canberra has to seriously tighten its belt to get back in the black.
