Protesters opposed to coal seam gas have disrupted a mining conference in Sydney, at the same time as the New South Wales Resources Minister has defended the industry.
About 30 activists turned up for the beginning of the NSW Mineral Exploration and Investment Conference at an inner-Sydney hotel.
"How do you sleep at night," one of them yelled.
"Lock the gate," another protester yelled.
"Frack off," a placard read.
