----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FOR WATER CRAFT from 6am at the public boat ramp off marina AVE and to muster off the trawler jetties for media opportunites by 7am. Signage is required but there will be children so no obscenities please.

The flotilla will then disperse throughout the waterways and collect photographic and video of marine distress. DO NOT pick up the dead animals, record them and report to DERM and LUKE HARGREAVES.

At this time no disruption to port activities should be undertaken and any actions are at YOUR OWN RISK. However we do want to record dredging activities especially spoil being dumped at sea, and the condition of the water plume and how far out it extends out to sea. I (LUKE HARGREAVES) cant see and harm in a lot of boats travelling slowly, but remember we want MEDIA COVERAGE OF THE HARBOUR not OUR STUPIDITY or ACCIDENTS.

We would also like to have fish samples from outside of the quarintine area; ANY INFECTED FISH are to be REPORTED to DERM and LUKE HARGREAVES.

I AM ASKING PEOPLE TO MAINTAIN THIS VIGIL OF THE WATERWAYS ON AN ONGOING BASIS AND REPORT EVERYTHING YOU SEE TO LUKE HARGREAVES AND THE MEDIA.

The RALLY will use FOOTPATHS and PEDESTRIAN WAYS and NOT THE ROAD.

If the access to the port is BLOCKED, we will MUSTER at the ROADBLOCKS!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
