Three days of hearings on local coal seam gas have wrapped up in NSW Land and Environment Court
This week the NSW Land and Environment Court has heard the first case into coal seam gas exploration in the state.
The Gloucester Stroud Preservation Alliance has lodged an appeal against the approval granted to AGL's coal seam gas project in the Gloucester Stroud Valley.
The Environmental Defenders Office (EDO) is acting on behalf of the Gloucester Stroud Preservation Alliance, and Natasha Hammond Deacon is the solicitor involved working for the EDO.
