Arrow refutes dumped mud claims

ARROW Energy is refuting a NSW Government audit which said it suspected the CSG company had dumped drilling mud at an undisclosed location on the Northern Rivers.

The audit suggested Arrow was operating in breach of its licensing conditions and its failure to comply with the conditions was deemed to be of a significant environmental risk.
The audit also found four other breaches, two environmental and two relating to safety.
Arrow holds petroleum exploration licence 445 which roughly covers Kyogle, Keerrong, Bonalbo and Woodenbong.
Groups opposed to CSG mining are calling for the NSW Government to suspend Arrow's exploration licence and to reveal the location of the dumped mud.
