Liberal National Party (LNP) leader Campbell Newman says his party has no plan to change its uranium policy.
Prime Minister Julia Gillard revealed yesterday she wants to overturn the ALP's longstanding policy against selling uranium to India.
But Queensland Premier Anna Bligh says she has no intention of rethinking her State Government ban on uranium mining.
Ms Bligh says it is a state decision, but no-one from the Federal Government has requested a change.
She says uranium is potentially more dangerous than other minerals.
