MANNING Alliance, which led last week's major show of concern for coal seam gas mining in the local area, has been given approval to lodge a further submission to the State's Upper House inquiry.
The alliance yesterday called on the Manning Valley community to have input into the additional submission, which needs to be finalised by next Monday.
The chairman of the parliamentary committee inquiring into coal seam gas mining, Robert Brown of the Fishers and Shooters Party, granted approval to Manning Alliance to lodge a further submission incorporating additional material, when the inquiry sat in Taree last Monday.
The alliance was given 21 days to lodge further material.
