An Australian company has won a multi-million-dollar contract to build a pipeline for a gas project in central Queensland.
Australia-Pacific LNG (APLNG) has signed a $100 million deal with Nacap Australia.
Nacap will construct a pipeline from APLNG's coal seam gas fields in the Surat Basin to its gas plant on Curtis Island, off Gladstone.
The company says site works will start in the middle of this year and is expected to create around 200 jobs.
