Bigger cuts in crime
rates, more jobs and a bigger mining industry are among key new targets in South
Australia's strategic plan.
Premier Mike Rann revealed the updated strategy on Thursday, the
second revision since its original release in 2004.
The latest plan sets 100 targets across a range of sectors
including the economy, the environment, health, education and urban
