A Must Read: Right to Property abolished in Australia

Dear Fellow Freedom Fighters,

Below are two extracts regarding the arrest & charging of Drew Hutton, who heads up the "Lock The Gate" campaign to combat the ruining of farms & the future of primary production in Australia by the wanton activities of Coal Seam Gas corporations.

The case highlights the fact that, as far as the banks & Judges are concerned, the Right of ordinary People to own property has been abolished... or, as Federal Court Judge Brereton said, "Fee Simple has been extinguished.".

The charge against Drew Hutton is that he was "obstructing access" to some corporation which wanted to come onto a farm to drill for gas.

The brainwashing we are getting from the politicians, lawyers & the media is that "While you might own the surface, you don't own anything under it"... which is, of course, a LIE.

The legal maxim says: "When someone owns land, they own everything above it to an indefinite height & everything below it to an indefinite depth".

Unless a fully informed Jury is empanelled to judge the facts & the law, Drew Hutton will be "convicted" & any notion that an ordinary man or woman owns even the surface of what they thought they owned will be squashed, totally.

Unless the Rule of Law is adhered to & the legal maxim above is observed, then the following quote regarding our three top Rights will be assigned to the scrap-heap of history .. it goes:

"The three great rights are so bound together as to be essentially one right. To give a man his life, but deny him his liberty, is to take from him all that makes his life worth living. To give him his liberty, but take from him the property which is the fruit & badge of his liberty, is to still leave him a slave." - George Sutherland, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, 1921.

So, what happens to Drew Hutton ought to be broadcast in all the media, because it's all about our Rights. A Free Man has "certain inalienable God-given rights" but a Slave?.... a Slave is a person whose consent is immaterial.
Yours sincerely,
John Wilson.
