Food security will be a
key topic at Queensland rural lobby group AgForce's annual general meeting.
Premier Anna Bligh will be the keynote speaker on Thursday,
followed by a forum on foreign ownership at the two-day conference on the
Sunshine Coast.
Liberal National Party (LNP) leader Campbell Newman is expected to
speak to farmers on Friday.
Other topics include land management and the squeeze from mining
industries, and the the future of agriculture.
