DENVER—Colorado is poised to decide Tuesday whether to force energy companies to
publicly disclose the chemicals they use in hydraulic fracturing, a decision
freighted with additional significance after the Environmental Protection Agency
this week linked the drilling technique to chemicals in drinking water near a
Wyoming town.
